Blackburn Rovers right-back Ryan Alebiosu has described representing Nigeria's Super Eagles as one of the most significant moments of his football life, saying the experience has only deepened his hunger to achieve more.

Alebiosu made his senior international debut during the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations in Morocco, coming on against Uganda in a match Nigeria won 3-1. The appearance, at the age of 23, left a lasting impression on the defender.
