Antonio Conte has left Napoli by mutual consent at the conclusion of the 2025-2026 season, the club confirmed on Monday — despite the Italian manager having a contract in place until 2027.

The separation was announced in a four-word statement issued less than 24 hours after Conte revealed his exit at a media conference, where he and club president Aurelio De Laurentiis clashed publicly over the season's outcome.
