Paris Saint-Germain and Morocco right-back Achraf Hakimi has been sidelined for the next few weeks after picking up a thigh injury during PSG's thrilling 5-4 first-leg victory over Bayern Munich in the Champions League semi-finals.

Hakimi played the full 90 minutes on Tuesday night in Paris, contributing an assist for Khvicha Kvaratskhelia as the reigning European champions took a commanding advantage into the second leg.

Having suffered a right thigh injury during the match against Bayern, Hakimi will remain in treatment for the next few weeks.

PSG confirmed the injury in an official club statement, ruling the Morocco international out of the return fixture at Bayern Munich's home ground in Munich on 6 May.
