Celtic interim head coach Martin O'Neill has admitted he cannot guarantee Kelechi Iheanacho a future at the club, leaving the Nigeria international's next move shrouded in uncertainty heading into the summer transfer window.

O'Neill, whose own position at Celtic remains unclear, confessed he was in no position to promise anything to the Super Eagles striker, whose one-year contract includes a club option for a further year.
