Speaking exclusively to Completesports.com on Friday, the 61-year-old — affectionately known as '10-10' — reflected on a remarkable season that goes to the wire on Sunday, 24 May 2026, when final matchday games are played simultaneously across the country.
A season unlike any other
Omokaro, who represented Nigeria at the 1988 Olympic men's football tournament and the Africa Cup of Nations in Morocco that same year as part of the Iwuanyanwu Nationale-dominated squad, struggled to find a comparable season from his years in the game.
