Terem Moffi, the Super Eagles striker currently contracted to OGC Nice, has attracted interest from Serbian giants Partizan Belgrade and French side Troyes, according to Complete Sports Nigeria.

Moffi spent the second half of the 2025/26 season on loan at Porto from Nice, but the Portuguese club opted against triggering the €8 million purchase option that would have made the move permanent. The 26-year-old scored 2 goals and contributed 1 assist in 13 appearances across all competitions for the Dragons.

No way back to Nice

A return to the Côte d'Azur is firmly off the table. OGC Nice co-president Maurice Cohen publicly ruled out any reunion with the Nigeria international last month, following a deeply troubling incident that soured Moffi's relationship with the club.

In November 2025, after a 3-1 home defeat to Lorient, furious Nice supporters stormed the club's training ground and physically attacked Moffi and Ivory Coast winger Jeremie Boga — reportedly punching, kicking, and spitting on both players. The two were subsequently loaned out in January, departing under strained circumstances.
