Liverpool teenager Rio Ngumoha has been selected to join the England squad for a pre-World Cup training camp in Palm Beach, Florida, with the club confirming the news through an official statement on Friday.

Head coach Thomas Tuchel announced Ngumoha as one of four additional players drafted into the camp to help maintain squad numbers ahead of two warm-up fixtures. Alex Scott, Josh King, and one unnamed player — whose inclusion had yet to be formally confirmed at the time of Tuchel's press conference — round out the group.
